Cao Yue Ning

Cao Yue Ning is a young girl with acute cerebral palsy. She came to work with ICC at four years old and has since followed routine therapy that has improved her strength and motor skills.

Zhang Wei, a 13-year-old boy who has been with ICC for a year. Zhang Wei has cerebral palsy and requires the use of a wheelchair with a table all day.
